• 21MG patch per day for 3-4 weeks

Heavy smoker

More than 20 cigarettes per day

Step 1- 21 mg patch per day for 3-4 weeks

Step 2- 14 mg patch per day for 3-4 weeks

Step 3- 7 mg patch per day for 3-4 weeks

• 14MG patch per day for 3-4 weeks
