Directions

Adults:
1-2 tablets daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Each tablet contains:

• Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 600mg
• Magnesium (as magnesium oxide – heavy) 50mg
• Zinc (as zinc oxide) 7.5mg
• Magnese (as manganese sulfate monohydrate) 1.8mg
• Copper (as cupric sulfate pentahydrate) 517μg
• Colecalciferol (Vit D 400IU) 10μg
