Melrose Refined Sweet Almond Oil 250ml is rich in monounsaturated fat, an Omega 9 fat, as well as Omega 6 essential fatty acid. Along with a nutty taste, the oil has minimal odour and can be used as a substitute for olive oil -in baked dishes or drizzled over salads. Almond oil can also be used on the skin, as it is a wonderful treatment as a moisturiser.
