A Wheat Bag is heated in the microwave for a set amount of time. Once the Wheat Bag is heated it is simply placed on an area where heat is required. Wheat Bags can be used as cold packs. Simply place your Wheat Bag inside a plastic bag and keep in the freezer. After about 4 hours the Wheat Bag is usually cool enough.
